I traveled to Austin for a conference, so I thought I'd share with all of you my food choices, along with few tips on how to get prepared for a trip without compromising your diet, or cheating with sugar and caffeine.
Healthy snacks are crucial on the road, that's why I carry Good Cravings bars with me all the time, and guess what, not just for me, but for other people I meet, so they too, can give their body better food choice. It's a lot of fun, and it's a very bonding process when I network. People love sharing a good conversation and a good food.
I also finally submitted my product samples to Whole Foods, and will be awaiting on their judgement call about my raw food bars :-) One important thing I have to mention though... I am not worried at all, because whatever the decision will be and whenever it will occur... it will be the best one for me and my brand for that period of time!
That's the attitude!
