Today I want to give you my own perspective on losing weight and get in the best shape of your life. What worked for me is changing my relationship with food. I was never really satisfied with my weight. I went from craving sugar, overeating, battling with my weight to eating healthy and being happy.
The three tips are:
1. Fuel vs Calories.
2. Small Changes over a long time period.
3. Healthy Snacks.
