Since your bars don’t have preservatives, how long do they keep?

Our bars are made fresh and don’t contain preservatives, so we recommend keeping them refrigerated for the best flavor and texture.
They’re perfectly fine in your pantry for up to 2–3 months, but if you like to stock up or want to keep them fresh longer, simply refrigerate or freeze them for up to 6 months.

 

They’ll still taste amazing either way — just a little firmer when chilled.

What kind of protein do you use?

We use a blend of brown rice and pea protein, both naturally hypoallergenic, easy to digest, and rich in all nine essential amino acids.

 

But what really matters is how that protein is made. Ours is sourced from clean, chemical-free plants — no hexane, no additives, no aftertaste. It’s a complete protein that your body recognizes as real food, not something created in a lab.

Yes, dates are naturally sweet, but they’re nothing like refined sugar or sugar alcohols. Whole dates come with fiber, potassium, magnesium, and antioxidants, which help slow down sugar absorption and keep your energy steady instead of spiking.

 

Dates have been known as a complete food for centuries — so much so that people in ancient times would break their fasts with them because they provide quick, balanced nourishment.

 

That’s why we sweeten our bars only with whole dates. No syrups, no sugar alcohols, no processed sweeteners. Just nature’s clean, balanced energy source — as real as food gets.

Do the Coffee Caramel bars have caffeine?

The Coffee Caramel flavor does contain real coffee, but the caffeine content is extremely small — about 2 mg per bar, which is less than 1/20 of a cup of coffee.

 

That means you can enjoy it any time of day without worrying about jitters or sleeplessness. It’s all the coffee flavor you love, with virtually no caffeine buzz.

Is quinoa in Coffee Caramel gluten-free?

Yes, absolutely. Quinoa is a seed, not a grain, which means it’s naturally gluten-free.

 

Even though it looks like a grain, it’s actually closer to spinach and beets botanically. Quinoa is rich in protein, fiber, magnesium, and antioxidants, making it a great superfood for sustained energy.
